By booking a service or texting with ICC Mobile Detailing, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging program

Program: ICC Mobile Detailing sends texts about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions.
Opt-in: you opt in by giving your phone number through our website, chat widget or booking form and agreeing to receive texts.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and bookings.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Help: reply HELP, or call (808) 638-1900.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bookings and deposits

A $100 deposit is required to book. It is credited toward your service total.
The deposit is nonrefundable and non-transferable. Canceling forfeits the deposit, and rescheduling requires a new deposit.
Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled.
If we cancel your appointment because of rain, your deposit is refunded in full.

Our service

ICC Mobile Detailing is a mobile service. We come to your address at the scheduled time. Service requires a driveway, carport, or garage with access to an outdoor electrical outlet and water spigot. If your location doesn’t have these, please contact us before booking. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and that personal items are removed before we arrive.
